EENパートナーのルクセンブルク商工会議所は、ハノーバーメッセ会期中に商談会・マッチングイベントを開催します。13回目を迎えるグローバルな商談会は2017年4月24日から28日まで開催されます。2005年以降、当イベントにおいて、延べ参加企業数3,000社が約23,000の商談ミーティングを実施しました。

2017年度開催概要：

-　5日間におよぶビジネスミーティング

-　他にはない雰囲気の中での集中型ビジネスミーティング

-　展示会場の中央に位置する商談用ラウンジ

当マッチングイベントでは、ハノーバーメッセ2017に出展するすべての業種を対象とします。

参加要項：

2017年2月24日までにEENのネットワークから参加登録をした方にかぎり、参加費用が無料になります。　当イベントの質を維持するという側面から、イベント当日に会場にてミーティングに参加されなかった場合には150ユーロのキャンセル料が発生しますので、ご注意ください。

上記日程意向にお申込みいただいく場合の参加費用は次のとおりです。

• 出展企業：　95ユーロ
• ビジター：　119ユーロ(EENご利用企業向け特別価格)

各企業からの追加参加者1人あたり75ユーロが必要です。

The EEN partner the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce is organizing a B2fair matching event during the Hannover Messe trade fair. The 13th edition of the international brokerage event will take place from 24th to 28th April 2016. Almost 23,000 business meetings amongst 3,000 companies have been organised in the framework of this brokerage event since 2005.

 The brokerage event of 2017 at a glance:

• Five days of business meetings
• Individual intensive business meetings in an exclusive atmosphere
• A matchmaking lounge located in the centre of the trade fair

The matchmaking event will cover all sectors of Hannover Messe 2016.

Participation conditions:

Participation fees for the matchmaking event is free of charge for companies that register via the EEN network until 24 February 2017. Please note that a fine of EUR 150 will be invoiced in order to maintain the quality of the event in case companies do not present themselves during the business meetings. After 29th February, the participation fees will be as follows.

• Exhibitors: EUR 95.00
• Visitors EUR 119.00 (special price for for companies of the Enterprise Europe Network)

An additional EUR 75 will be charged for every additional participant per company.
